- The recipient is rarely aware of the order and may not be prepared to receive it;
- It involves feelings and emotions between the sender and the receiver;
That is why we prepared this easy-to-read guide to serve as a transparency agreement regarding the procedures and policies adopted in our store.
1) ORDER PROCESSING
During our store's business hours, your order will be processed by an attendant.
2) ABOUT PAYMENT
The creation of your order's products is subject to payment confirmation, which can be done through one of the following options:
CREDIT CARD
Currently only via PayPal.
We are committed to our customers' safety, so all orders are subject to analysis.
Upon completing the payment, your order status will be "Payment pre-approved," and even if the amount already appears on your invoice, it will be necessary to wait.
Data analysis and validation may be performed by a specialized company, and additional documents may be requested, resulting in
Definitive Approval or Transaction Cancellation.
We appreciate your understanding and emphasize that this scenario requires caution due to the high index of credit card fraud in online purchases.

We put a lot of care into every arrangement to ensure your order is perfect. Because our arrangements are handcrafted rather than mass-produced, natural variations in color, packaging, and flower opening may occur. These nuances reflect the authenticity of our work with elements of nature, making your gift truly unique. We are committed to delivering the highest quality every time.
Since these are floral arrangements prepared manually and artisanally, not mass-produced products, it is natural for variations to occur. This reflects authentic and unique work, guaranteeing a product exclusively prepared for your order. Your order will be prepared according to the requested standard regarding volume, size, and appearance, always with excellent quality. We reinforce that because it is a natural and artisanal product, variations in the final result are possible, such as:
- Difference in the opening stage of the flowers.
- Positioning and quantity of stems and/or flowers;
- Depending on stock availability at the time of preparation, there may be variations in tones of: Flowers; Ribbons; Patterns, and Packaging.
In the case of manufactured products such as chocolates, plush toys, perfumes, drinks, and other add-ons, there may be changes in packaging and/or content according to the manufacturer's batch.
4) CARD MESSAGE
You can send a message to be delivered with your order. Write the text carefully and don't forget to identify yourself (if you wish), as we will not provide your details with the order. It is prohibited to use offensive, threatening, or similar text; if used, it will be removed and not delivered.
4.1) IMPORTANT: Write carefully as it is not possible to make changes to the message after completing the purchase.
4.2) ANONYMOUS DELIVERY
By selecting the anonymous delivery option, you reinforce the request for our team to maintain maximum secrecy possible.
It is worth remembering that in case of refusal or return of the product by the recipient, we do not guarantee delivery or refund of the amount paid,
nor are we responsible for any inconvenience or embarrassment that may occur.
The product will be available for pickup at our store while in good condition; if not picked up, it will be discarded.
5) ORDER TRACKING

With every status change, our system may send informative notifications via email and/or other channels.
6) DELIVERY POLICY
Our commitment is to ensure your order arrives at the location on the scheduled date and time period.
We consider any delivery completed when made to the specified address and received by a capable person; this is customary for any other type of everyday delivery.
The purchase is online, but the service is in the real world. Therefore, we inform you that when leaving with a delivery route, even with all our care and attention, we are subject to factors such as:
Traffic jams; Rain; Accidents; Difficulty locating the building number; Insufficient or incorrect address; Time to find parking; Waiting time; Protests; Marches; Events.
In all cases, this can happen during the current delivery or prior to the driver's route.
Such factors cannot always be controlled and may generate delays. Therefore, we remind you that the service is performed by dedicated people, and if something happens, you will need understanding and patience.
We will be working to complete your order delivery in the shortest time possible.
If necessary, the courier will contact the customer and/or recipient to seek to solve any unforeseen event as efficiently as possible.
Hand-to-hand delivery? Due to a series of unpredictable circumstances, under no circumstances do we guarantee delivery directly into the hands of the recipient. The most common reasons are:
Absence or unavailability due to a meeting; Phone call; Bathroom break; Being in service;
Internal location rules;
Refusal of receipt;
Father/mother insisted on receiving;
Delay in attending to the courier.
The delivery fee corresponds to the travel route and does not cover additional expenses and requests.
High-traffic locations such as Condominiums, Companies, and Schools are subject to internal rules and may be completed at the gatehouse or reception.
Adverse situations, risk areas, or any other factor that hinders delivery may generate return and/or rescheduling.
Delivery Time The delivery will be completed within the chosen interval. Due to demand, route, itinerary, and traffic issues, it is not possible to choose or predict the exact time.
Express Delivery
When available and chosen, we guarantee maximum effort to complete your order delivery in the shortest time possible, taking into account items such as preparation time according to the complexity of the chosen product, current demand, weather, and traffic conditions.
Deliveries to Colleges, Events, and Controlled Entry Locations
Due to access restrictions, security rules, and logistics, we do not perform deliveries at event locations such as stadiums, theaters, fairs, competitions, spaces with controlled entry, and even locations that make driver access impossible.
We suggest providing an alternative and viable address for delivery or checking with the store in advance for availability and possible additional fees paid to the courier.
We reserve the right to change the date, period, and even cancel orders in locations that, through experience, we understand to be high complexity for delivery.
7) ORDER DATA CHANGES
If changes are necessary, contact us as soon as possible to check update availability.
We advise in advance that, in general, we do not make changes to the delivery date or product(s). In these cases, the standard procedure is to issue a new order according to current offers.
8) DELIVERY NOT COMPLETED
In cases where the order returns to the store for reasons such as: Insufficient address; Refusal of receipt by the recipient; No one available to receive at the location, among others,
the product will be available for pickup, or a new delivery attempt will be necessary subject to a new courier service fee. If necessary, delivery to another location may be requested subject to verification.
9) EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Within 7 days from the receipt of the order, it may be canceled by the customer who made the purchase. We will process the charge cancellation (refund) within a period of up to 10 business days + the bank's deadline, which varies by institution.
To accept the return, all items must be in the same condition as they were delivered.
If the return is outside the cited terms, the cancellation will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the recipient at no cost to the parties.
The deadline for cancellation effectiveness may vary according to the issuing bank's rules.
In general, we do not work with product exchanges, except for rare exceptions.

11) EXTRA REQUESTS
So that we can maintain our quality standard, any and all requests made by any means are considered denied without prior knowledge and acceptance by an attendant of our store.
Requests must be made in a timely manner and preferably via the chat available on your order's secret link.

By placing your order with us through any sales channel, it is understood that this term is accepted, and you, our customer, affirm to follow the same conduct towards us.
We reserve the right to perform updates to this agreement without prior notice. Thus, we recommend consulting it with every new purchase.
